Beautiful 34 million dollar hotel. Very, very nice facilities

Cons

In a questionable part of town, property is new to f & b - not much experience. No health insurance at the time. Generally disorganized.

Pros

The hotel is very attractively decorated, the rooms are spacious and clean; the staff genuinely cares about the guests and the complimentary breakfast buffet and evening happy hour are great amenities.

Cons

The guests would need transportation to get around Colorado Springs; its not in a walking district.

Pros

The flexible hours were nice. Unlike restaurants you knew when you were leaving. Discount on decent food was also a plus. No micro manage.

Cons

Low pay, most people didn't tip banquet servers because the banquet form had a "service charge on it which most assumed was for the servers.
