Not the worst, has potential to be the best

Pros

Has great benefits, they are understanding about taking time off, etc.

Cons

Working with front desk is not only high stress, but with my location telling my supervisor about any problems did no good whatsoever. It's very easy to feel targeted by how they portray themselves. The work itself was not bad but at my location the way people treat you can be, if they changed their attitude and actually hired people who want to work I would be a lot more likely to enjoy working here.

Hotel discount, if you plan to travel. Pay is more if you can deal with the horrible environment.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. They don't promote within, so theres no room for growth. Everyone ends up quitting due to the fact that there HR is a joke.
