Steady hours, employees discounts at other Hilton hotels, food during shift, work with 1 person at the desk most shifts, schedules are somewhat set

Unprofessional front desk management who will throw you under the bus and speak negatively about her employees to other employees, plenty of double standards with the employees she has close relationships, late employee reviews which result in no raises, low pay, no room for advancement, work on holidays, desk open 24/7, 365
