Pros

The people you serve and the employees you work with make it all worthwhile. Of course, in a position where customer service is key you have your issues, but you're free to do whatever it takes to make everyone happy. Training was plentiful and help was always available. Benefits were pretty good. Travel benefits were great when available, and if you had a position where you got to know local businesses you always had hook-ups.

Cons

Properties need updating badly. This is a hotel that was introduced in the 80's and unless it was built in the last 7 or so years, they need serious makeovers.

Fast pace working a place to learn and grow with lots of integrity great customer service in excellence, always friendly and very good people to work with

Working at a place where people are rude and management takes control of their power and of music I like consistency integrity
