The environment is very familiar, my co-workers are very friendly, they give me my 40 hours weekly, my managers are very trust worthy, the general manager of the hotel is an exceptional person, I love working the night shift because the casino is more alive at night.

Cons

The work I do is above my pay grade, I don't see any chance of increasing the pay grade for me and my co-workers.
