Pros

Decent co-workers and guests. Pay was OK granted you are working for every cent of it. Occasionally you get a lunch.

Cons

Terrible upper management never takes workers issues into consideration. Promises bonuses that never appear. Management expects employees to only last 6 months to a year max. Work expectations are ridiculous with such an old, worn down establishment.

Pros

The hotel is beautiful and the management team is top-notch. A real family environment. Competitive pay and very good training opportunities. The GM truly inspires the team to be the best they can be.

Cons

Working with guests can be challenging, but that is true in every hotel scenario. It has nothing to do with this hotel, it's the nature of the beast!
