Every employee is empowered to "make it right" however they see fit and are completely supported by their peers and management.

Cons

The hotels are being sold out to big corps, but staying under Hilton's flagship. Management seems either unsure and stressed, or oblivious and unconcerned.

Professionalism with hospitality towards employees as well as guests. Everyone from the top manager to the dishwasher are treated as equally as valued team members. Some of the best benefits available. Generous employee, family, & friends discounts for all Hilton properties. The pros never stop.

Cons

The challenges of working here are energizing - accommodating hundreds of guests and even thousands in the convention center is demanding, but exhilarating and service minded people actually feel good about accomplishing these works with pride.
