Love the staff the work but the pay for our demanding working isn't so good.

Love the employees and the discounts for all Hilton hotels is amazing. We get to eat at the end of our shift.

Cons

The pay is minimum and our tips are horrible we work very hard and are unappreciated by guest most of the time. Management nitpicks everything we do even when then know we are understaffed and expects everything to be completed in 5hrs. (It rarely gets finished) they also don't have enough equipment for us to do our jobs (plates bowls utensils etc)

The benefits are amazing, travel opportunities are fabulous and you have plenty of opportunities to move up!

Cons

Some of the guests can be difficult but that comes with the territory. There aren't too many cons!
