Every day looks different. No day is the same which keeps it interesting. If you have a great team, the work is enjoyable. It's very rewarding to build relationships with clients and pulling off a huge event.

Cons

Hours can vary a lot based on the season. Also random hours, such as early mornings and late nights in the same week.
