Team is supportive, intelligent & hardworking. Great industry – there is always more to learn, and the work is interesting. A work/life balance is encouraged – 23 PTO days (includes vacation/sick days)

Cons

High workload, and sometimes stressful environment. Sometimes slow to make updates to our systems/procedures to be less cumbersome and manual.
