- Management
- Project Management Dpt.
- Management
- Super underpaid
- Playing favorites . People they like get to work from home or else good luck getting ahead .
- NO room for growth. You can change dpt. but the growth charge goes only so far and even in that, they pick people they like.
- Unable to measure personal success -If you ask your manager to create a written plan on some key points you can work on in order for next promotion, they'll tell you no. Happened to me. So how am I supposed to see my own success and my growth plan?
- Very quiet. People only talk on Skype. If you're someone who likes to keep to yourself , this is your place. If you're a social person, you're not going to like it here.
- We don't get paid enough for the amount of work we get. If a person who has not even been here for a month says " I am so overwhelmed", imagine what this place will do to your soul. At least pay us for the amount of work you expect us to do.
- REALLY terrible management. They just like to boss you around and tell you " now you're going to do this too" or micromanage the $%&% out to you that you'll cry. It happened.
- TURNOVER rate is extremely high. Even the HR told me its an issue. Of course it is because management is TERRIBLE. Within my 1 year here, I saw 5 people leave, out of which 3 left without an opportunity ahead.
I can go on, but I hope one gets the idea. If this is your only option, then take it or else I suggest you keep looking for a better opportunity.
