      Awesome and funny CEO, caring COO, downtown location, young-ish workforce, free food, fun parties, weekly happy hour, generous vacation and sick policy, free parking, European vibe = very good work life balance, rapidly increasing profits

      Cons

      Low starting pay, meager raises, moody sales VPs, tend to get stuck in entry level positions, not a great place to grow your career if you are just starting out, not much industry training if you are new to it
