      at that time there was good training on HAZOP, not sure if it is continued or not

      Cons

      Very unprofessional, hundred years old work culture. long work hours, rude and inefficient management -treats you like servants, always cultural clash between Spanish vs. american management, colleagues are like snakes -will bite you from the back.
