Inept Management - Anonymous employee Abengoa Employee Review

Management is completely inept. They manage by fear and intimidation. They need to stop hiring managers from Spain and start hiring US managers. The Spanish managers are terrible. They do not plan or communicate anything well. They do not listen to anyone. They do not know what they are doing.
