It's ruled like a small company. Management from Seville, Spain, lacks knowledge about how to deal with international offices, different cultures. Salaries are low compared to similar companies. Expected to work (or be available) on weekends and on vacations. Very intrusive of personal life. Mgmt in Colorado office lacks ability to motivate & promote local employees.
