If you're not among the top picks of boss, irrespective of you're performence, every minute of your time is counted and graded, you were 2 minutes late from lunch, you took 5 minutes extra on your small break . If you've understood the process and think of something that can make it better, you have no chance of being heard as unanimously across the organisation you are considered a dumb Guinea pig, that's knows nothing.
