Pros

- Some amazing people who care about what they do, are brilliant at what they do and cause real positive change. - Learn a lot which will advance your thinking in work and life. - Made some friends for life and was able to feel like I made an impact, which was no easy feat.

Cons

- A bureaucratic place to work which is highly political and very, VERY slow moving. Innovation and change take a very long time with lots of middle managers and red tape. - A lack of appreciation and value in great staff members mean a lot of people have come and gone, which, if treated better, needn't have been the case. Appreciation then seems to come as a reactive, when it is already too late than proactively and organically. - Work/life balance is next to none. Your work can hardly ever be completed within work hours and I hardly ever left feeling satisfied I'd achieved what I needed to in my day. - Dysfunctional teams and real bullying are left unchecked, especially by Senior Leadership Team. - Seems there's always a hidden agenda. Nothing is transparent or feels it can be taken at face value.

Cons

None. Everything that was stated in the JD is what I got and experienced.
