Older, senior field canvassers who couldn’t make quota threaten with being fired daily. Other field canvaaaers had to make quite or were immediately fired. Frequent Turnover- because of the unreachable quota expectations, there was frequent turnover. Constantly new groups of guinea pigs being trained every week because of others being fired/quitting Money- grueling, cold-calling outside work with little pay (often not guaranteed if you didn’t make quota)
