      great atmosphere of solidarity within the office- people really help each other out; amazing to learn from the inside about how a large global movement functions; Free tickets to interesting and fun events

      Cons

      low pay; complicated to agree with partner offices on strategy and opinion (learning about this reality is a pro though)

      It was great. Working with mission-driven individuals is always a great motivator. Everyone was pleasant to work with.
