When I first started they assigned me a mentor and she was very rude and always busy. I stopped reaching out to her and basically networked and found my own mentor within the company. They didn't forecast their financials too well because I was laid off after 1 year and all the training they provided. Another lady who started with me was laid off 5 months prior to myself. They tried to give me other projects but it wasn't enough to sustain my utilization long-term.
