      Pros

      Great opportunity if you are looking to really take ownership and be aggressive in your development. There are lots of areas for people to grow into. Travel isn't bad as long as you voice your concern when creating project schedules. People are realistic with their expectations and respect your personal life and family commitments.

      Cons

      Advancement can be slow to materialize. Nearly impossible to negotiate pay increases outside of promotions or job changes (e.g. no annual review of compensation).
