Cons
1. Your working experience will depend on which team you belong to. The company runs rather like a collection of small companies than a big united group. If you get into a good team, then you will thrive and grow. But if you get into a poor team, then good luck. 2. It is a highly competitive environment as they have got very talented people at all levels. To be rewarded and promoted, you need to be proactive, excellent in delivering and also supporting the company strategy. It definitely does not suit someone who just looks to put their head down, do their job and go home. 3. If you are just starting out your career and you are looking for a good pay just because you feel you deserve more as an engineer, this is not a place for you.
