      Innovative and inclusive culture, flexible, diversity of projects, good additional benefits (health insurance discount, car leasing, purchase leave...)

      Cons

      Siloes between engineering and advisory teams, lots of fiddley processes for project managers and work winning team (better automation and tools to make it less cumbersome)
