      Pros

      The people are what makes the company. The culture is one of the best I've seen.

      Cons

      Not as innovative as they portray. The 'old-school' mentality persists for many leaders. The downward spiral of the NZ markets is hard felt. The lack of market diversification, of strategy, and of resilience quickly became apparent.
