      Pros

      There are some great leaders here - some genuinely inspiring people. Whether they can make an impact or will stay with the many of the other leaders looking after themselves is another matter.

      Cons

      HR take no responsibility - they don't care about the employees other than the senior execs they are servicing. Accountability throughout the organisation is minimal. People work for process, not the other way around.

      Thanks for posting a review. I know I may be biased however I work in Barclay's HR and I see a lot of committed and passionate colleagues working hard to deliver a challenging and engaging place to work.
