Good work life balance and benefits. I like their support of the community and volunteering. Fpr the mpst part hey foster innovation and creative thought.
Cons
There is no defined career path. They intentionally put the onus on the employee to defined that. The group lead for my group is the worst, she promotes her cronies and never has a positive word to say to anyone. She is an appalling person and "leader"
