      do a great job of mentoring and development, want to keep analysts and are starting to promote to associate after 2 years, brand name and lots of requests from other jobs and PE to interview, protected Saturdays

      long hours, as expected, but not as long as some others. Very bureaucratic (part of being in a large, multi-national bank in a heavily regulated industry

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
