7yDisappointing to read your review. I notice that you have said you are a Director and I really hope that gives you some influence to help change the culture for your team. HR will be able to talk to you confidentially and offer advice and guidance on how you can make a difference and hopefully encourage others to do so as well.I'd really encourage you to have a chat with them.
