      Pros

      - good name - work can be interesting sometimes - good IT online training material and training sessions

      Cons

      - do not feel IT is being recognized by the bank or the business side (2nd/3rd class citizens) - software used is pretty outdated - maybe because of the regulations coming down now, there are now so many processes/procedures that take up a lot of our time - can get political sometimes - steps for promotion are not clear

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest compared to similar company with the same role. Upper management speaks to staff with a patronizing tone; cutting them off, and talking down to them. At times it felt like they purposefully were attempting to find things wrong instead of working together as a team to meet objectives. Understaffed. Fully expected to do the work of a team of 6 despite being a team of 2 for example.
