Pros
-cant think of any thing -promotions? -salary (with sometimes parts missing -this can be resolved by following up with hr ) -post independence sarkari babu environment
Cons
-low pay as compared to industry standard -work as per or more than industry standard -loopholes everywhere in terms of data -stacks-etc , no explanations to discrepancies in data w/o pokes from senior management -mini east india company where everyone can be god but you.. -the most pathetic transport system till date I have seen in a company -relying on hiring more people and firing old , i literally feel as if the are buying cows for milk and selling the ones they do not like
