      Great opportunities to talk with board members/access to companies/take initiatives on various assignments

      Cons

      Limited growth especially for juniors mainly involving data crunching and report writing. Boss temper is also volatile and aggressive. Hard to stay emotionally stable myself when team dynamics are like that.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
