Pros

Salary. PERIOD Customer service is somewhat good they try and listen u can approach anyone at senior management but olb sucks to its very core..i have worked.for both departments.... I am a current employee serving notice period...

Cons

Here we go:- *too many changes in internal management *worst transport drivers never reach pickup location on time and prefer rash driving *all they care about is meeting their cost matrix, they would try and meet it on the cost of customer experience (for example someone would disconnect a call right away if they cannot think of a rationale or argument), *feedback is not appreciated, i tell u how this works they would ask to present ur opinion im a candid manner and then they would use it against u *one just cannot disagree, you have to b a "yes" servant in order to grow *if.they do not like u be ready for a destructive feedback *incompetent mangers in olb in terms of process and most of it all in terms of respecting someone.. *this one is a bit personal, when i joined barclays i thought of it as a big company but it's been 2 years now, u would get better exposure and work environment in a reputef domestic call centre, if u know what i mean *one can check the facebook page and read customer reviews and they'll find out how hollow this street giant is.......

Pros

Can’t think of 1. Not even 1.

Cons

Pay is the lowest compared to similar company with the same role. Upper management speaks to staff with a patronizing tone; cutting them off, and talking down to them. At times it felt like they purposefully were attempting to find things wrong instead of working together as a team to meet objectives. Understaffed. Fully expected to do the work of a team of 6 despite being a team of 2 for example.
