      small teams you get to know everyone good range of benefits such as free private healthcare. freebies in bank products such as platinum credit card at a very low APR

      Cons

      lack of communication very poor leadership at management level hours in operations are insanely long, no lunch break or time off, need to book your holidays at least 7 months in advance

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
