Tedious work (most of the time we were calling clients to inform them about new functionalities on the terminal) Strong emphasis on quantitative performance measures instead of qualitative measures People working in Sales and Analytics were mostly people who actually wanted to work in finance, but were not able to score a job there. Therefore, there was a lack of passion and motivation. Most of the employees did not enjoy their job. Work does not require strong analytical skills (opposed to the title of the position) as it is mostly about answering questions about the terminal and subsequently about how good someone is to learn different functionalities by heart.
