      Brand name, good office space

      Cons

      For long term career growth here, you need to suck up to your managers. Hard work, commitment, and potential do not matter here. Lower tier managers are as intelligent as school kids. I was surprised by how low the business acumen of the people here are.

      Great company, in this role you have the chance to learn about the financial markets, the terminal, and also you get client exposure.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
