      pay is very good (200k+) for starting your career good benefits -- retirement, healthcare amazing work culture. everyone is super friendly, smart, accomplished

      less pay than quant companies/ultra-elite tech companies, but i dont really care

      good working envionroment and not much hierchy structure. sometimes pay for team event.

      Cons

      start at 8am. no breakfast and dinner besides snack.
