-My impression was that they don't tolerate people who are different. -I know a lot of people say that its a supportive environment, but in my case it wasn't. -They advertise that the company is against favoritism, but in practice two people who committed the same kinds of mistakes are treated in vastly different ways, depending on whether they are liked or not. -Gossiping,and being mean is the norm. -in general i felt miserable while working there.
