Hi and thanks for your review although I am clearly disappointed with how you feel. I agree with you that the people and products are good. I have to disagree that the management direction is very confused. I'd say we are very clear on what we need to do and how we need to do it. Our annual OKRs (objectives and key results) are published across the organisation and we regularly review them and share our progress. Also I have to say from my experience we are one of the least political organisations I have come across (let alone worked for). Having said that, I don't know which part of the organisation you worked in or who you categorise as management so if you'd like to contact me with some more specific feedback I'd be really interested to hear it.
