7yHi and thanks for your feedback, although I am clearly disappointed by your feedback. I'm not sure when you worked for us, but seeing how long you were with us, it would appear that we were not the right place for you. As a colleague in Sunlight House, there clearly is a degree of repetition as in some ways that's the nature of the role. Having said that, every customer is different and has different requirements and the reason we wouldn't "train robots" as you suggest is that our customers want and the expert help and support that our highly trained colleagues can offer. I am sorry that this role wasn't for you but I wish you every success for the future Ryan
