7yHi and thanks for your review, although I am clearly disappointed by your rating and comments. We do actually listen to our colleagues all the time. Yes we have our annual survey, by tools like this one Glassdoor, provide consistent feedback, we have Workplace which is a very vibrant communication tool and we get plenty of feedback on there. As you'll know we do all colleague updates 4 times a year with a Q&A that I would argue is very public and we certainly don't hide from any questions. I completely agree that if an issue is raised it's an issue for that individual and we are very keen to keep making BookingGo an even better place to work. It is true that we are focussed on getting bookings as that is how we generate profit which then allows us to invest in our people and future product developments. We are not a tech company that burns cash in the hope of future profits. We are a successful, profitable business that is growing significantly. That's not a bad combination of outcomes.
