7yHi, please let me start by saying, I can assure you that we know how precious and at a premium, language skills are and the work you all do in Sunlight House and commitment to our customers never goes unnoticed. You’re correct that we don’t pay a language bonus in Manchester, nor have we ever; we DID have a bonus scheme for our CS teams a couple of years ago, but based on feedback from colleagues, we dropped this in favour of increasing base salaries. Our contact centre roles are all based with one language, but we do advertise and ask that colleagues are available to answer queries from English speaking customers when they can too. I’m sorry that you feel the language market you worked on was compromised in favour of another, I’ve noted your points and do wish you well for the future. Thanks so much, Ryan.
