Pros

Fresh fruit daily Flexible time off (mostly) Prior to 2018, I could have gone on forever...the company was great to work for, and really stuck true to its roots and beliefs. Annual trips to Amsterdam, employee gifts, annual meetings for both financial and as a company. Travel. The ability to meet colleagues worldwide. Inclusive atmosphere. Willing to help employees learn and offer exciting and helpful training both for individual and team growth. Management was honest, and transparent, and seemed to actually care about employees AND the company as a whole.

Cons

In 2018, the company fell victim to its growth and size. They forgot where they came from, they forgot who drove the train and employees suddenly became just numbers, benefits dwindled, employee morale took a turn for the worst, and benefits were being eliminated. If you were lucky enough to work in the finance department you also noticed a lot of cliques. If you were the type to keep your head down and work but not boast about your accomplishments you were not noticed by management or as an overachiever.
