Pros

I was treated with dignity and respect and compensated while a mourned a grave loss.

Cons

Training is concentrated into about two weeks with most of it taken up by technical considerations. It really isn't in depth enough to cover all aspects of the product being supported and that makes the job challenging. Doing sales work also went from being encouraged occasionally to being required on 90% of calls within two months of starting. However, it is rewarded with incentives that add up.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
