      Compensation is the only decent part, and that too is like a needle in a haystack

      WLB Toxic Management No defined Working Hours Vast areas assigned to a single ASM so you're on the road for almost half of the month. The management is chilling at the HO while the ASMs slog it out on the field day and night with no respect for work boundaries
