Pros

Represents a good starting point in your career Good financial stability. Good Work/Life balance. Worked with a few smart colleagues. Promotion opportunities within the company as long as you are not questioning managers decisions.

Cons

Company employs mostly technically low skilled people having poor moral values. Low wages compared with the market. Promote mostly low tech people, who have close relationships with managers and go out with them in the spare time. Mediocrity is encouraged by the fact that management is poorly prepared and often incompetent in taking forward decisions. Most of them engage in this company just to not work and not to evolve technically. Tech skilled people who cast doubt on managerial decisions are blamed in 4-eye personal meetings. Very low tech skilled and aged managers who don't have drive and vision represent a drawback for the ones who desire to perform within this company. When you leave the company the managers treat you with no respect (posting on internal network messages and denigrating mails to you).

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
