      Pros

      Work-Life balance depending on project needs. Availability to work from home if the project is covered. nice start on vacation package, standard on automotive industry +December shutdown. Good bonuses if personal goals achieved, financial goals are not up to standard engineer but profit is shared almost fairly.

      Cons

      Still a German company so all the same for the German company reviews. Some upper management are from North America so it helps balance the management/employee struggle.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
