Pros

Great quality of products. Good brand position in Europe

Cons

Micro management, excessive compliance in every step and these teams do not get involved in any local aspect. The General Manager had anger management and over confidence issues (everything has to come his way or you were not qualified). Not a slight feeling of working as a team, from management to operative teams. They are not open to innovative ideas, and marketing spend was already compromised to GM ideas. HR is useless to retain talent or even listen to people. Clients perceive the lack of internal alignment and excess of management egos and as a consequence they keep losing market share. Locally, there is no alignment to any global company values.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
