      - Good salary as beginner. - Possibility for home office in case of need - Lot of knowledge about automotive industry - Company language is English

      Cons

      - No(t much) salary increase after years - Responsibility increase does not comes together with salary increase - Management pushes bad ideas instead of asking the engineers about them - No real career, just position change (there are no real benefits behind the promotion, just responsibility increas)

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
