      core values are a strong internal and external message (when adopted from leadership down), company is financially successful overall and growing, excellent benefits and 401K

      Cons

      Leadership often times more focused on growth than quality and sustainability, expect increasingly successful results from projects with limited resources (budget, experience, etc). Daily work often feels like a "choose your own adventure" novel among conflicting top priorities.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
