Pros
Some of the best reasons to work at DATAMARK are the people! All of my coworkers are the best and really help me whenever I need it. I was very nervous when I first started that I would mess up but they were all patient with me learning. The bonus program is really great too, it's nice to know that I'm pretty much in control of how much I bonus depending on how fast I am, building speed is really easy in this position too once you get used to it. You can easily bonus $500 per paycheck after the first two months or so. I also enjoy where we are located, it is an extremely secure environment so I always feel safe.
Cons
The cost of benefits can definitely be seen as a con but the benefits themselves are really nice and easy to use almost anywhere.
